Clear pricing from the start.
For small jobs and maintenance, a simple hourly rate. For larger work, we prepare a tailored quotation.
+ VAT
No payment is taken when you request a small-job booking. After we confirm the job and date, we send a secure payment link for a 30% deposit on the estimated labour, deducted from the final invoice. Materials and agreed extras are separate.

MD ENTERPRISE IN THE COMMUNITY
Giving a little of our time to those who need it most.
We believe a business should also contribute to the community where it works. Once a month, MD Enterprise intends to set aside a Saturday morning to carry out small maintenance jobs, with no labour charge, for people and organisations genuinely in need of support.
Where possible, we want to help pensioners facing difficulties, elderly-care organisations, animal shelters and other non-profit organisations in our community.

PAYMENTS
Request your booking with no payment upfront.
No payment or card details are required to submit your request. Only after MD Enterprise confirms the job and appointment will we send a secure Stripe payment link for the 30% deposit. The deposit is credited in full against the final invoice.
